| Jorge Roman, President, LSTS FC Director of Coaching, Training, and Player Development. |
Trained and educated as a teacher, Jorge A Roman is an USSF "A" license, NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA and USSF National Youth licensed coach. A former Princeton University Men's Varsity Assistant Coach under Coach Bob Bradley, he has served as the Director of training for the Princeton Soccer Association from September 1993 until June 2001. In addition, Jorge is a former League Select, ODP Area and Region coach. Currently, Jorge works as a Regional Scout for the US Club Soccer Regional ID2 Program, and as a member of the New Jersey Youth Soccer and the NSCAA North-East Coaching Education Staffs. Jorge�s playing career includes spells at the professional and national team level in Soccer and Volleyball (1980-89) in his native Central America. He received his Physical Education Teacher Diploma from Del Valle University with a major in Sports Science. Jorge is the intellectual founder of Life Skills Through Soccer A NJ 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation and works with the LSTS Organization in the functions of the Director of Coaching and Player Development.
In January 2007, at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) annual convention, held at the Indianapolis, Indiana Convention Center, Jorge Roman was named NSCAA/ADIDAS East Region and National Coach of the Year 2006 in Youth Competitive Soccer.

| Alan D. Ehrenworth, LSTS FC Director of Operations |
Alan is a USSF license coach. He has been involved with LSTS FC since August of 2002. He currently is the Director Of Operations for the club, overseeing its day to day operations. He also is involved in Real Estate and works for Referral Group, Inc. Alan was the Vice President of Operations for Imperia Foods, Inc., one of the nations largest independent Imported Grated Cheese production companies. As a partner for over 15 years, his responsibilities included the daily operational management of the company. Dodie is a USSF
license coach. She was the goalkeeper trainer for Princeton University
Women's Soccer for 10 seasons, and named the interim Head Coach for the team
in 1994. She has also trained and coached numerous teams and goalkeepers in
the Central Jersey area for the past 7 years. During her College career at
Princeton University (1984-88) she was: 4-yr starter as keeper; Ivy League
Co-Player of the Year 1985; 19 career shutouts; Ivy League Career Saves
leader (232 saves); Named to the Ivy League Silver Anniversary Honor Roll
Team in 1998, commemorating the top players from all the Ivy League for the
past 20 years. She
was recently inducted into the Connecticut State Soccer Hall of Fame.

Joe is a USSF License coach. He is a president of
Appalachian Landscapes Inc. He began playing soccer at age 7 in Landstuhl,
Germany. He was a captain of Middlesex County College Soccer Team where he
has graduated Phi Beta Kappa. After receiving BS in Biology from Rutgers
University Joe has played amateur and semiprofessional soccer in US for 15
years. He has coached and trained youth soccer in New Jersey for the past 13.

Chris Mayer, a USSF licensed coach, brings a wealth of coaching experience to Life Skills Through Soccer. He worked for the Princeton Soccer Association from 1995 through 2008, the last seven of those years as the club's Managing Director of Training. While at Princeton Soccer, Chris coached two teams to the NJYSA State Cup Finals. He trained dozens of players with ODP experience at the state, regional and national levels, and many more players who went on to play for their college varsity programs. Chris also worked with the Princeton University Men's Soccer team as an assistant coach from 1994 through 2000. In that time, the team qualified for the NCAA Tournament in 1995 under current US Men's National Team head coach Bob Bradley, and in 1999 under current Princeton and U.S. U-15 boys' National Team head coach Jim Barlow. In addition to his work on the club and college levels, Chris worked for three years on the New Jersey boys' ODP staff as an assistant coach, and on the Region 1 ODP staff for two years. As a player, Chris earned All-Ivy honors at Princeton University his senior year while playing for four seasons under coach Bradley. Prior to college, he garnered team (1988 Parochial 'A' State Champions) and individual (Newark Star-Ledger 1st Team All-State) honors at Saint Joseph's High School in Metuchen. A native from Uruguay, Jorge De La Bandera graduated from Monroe Township High School, and Rider University. Mr. De la Bandera has been involved in soccer all his life, participating in the sport as an amateur player, coach, and referee. With a probably promising career in playing soccer, Jorge decided to make an early move into refereeing at a young age. He moved on into the refereeing rankings achieving the standards of USSF National Referee Grade 3 (currently National Emeritus), a former 11 years Major League Soccer (MLS) Referee, and a current NISOA (College) National Referee. More recently, Mr. De la Bandera became a licensed Referee Assessor and Instructor for the State of New Jersey. Mr. De La Bandera is also an E USSF Licensed Coach. |

Salvador Baldino- know as Salvy is a USSF Licensed coach.“Salvy” is a graduate of Princeton High School and Wingate University, Wingate, NC. He is product of Princeton Soccer Association where he played under current LSTS coaches Jorge Roman and Chris Mayer. Salvy also played for the Princeton Union under current Princeton University coach, Jim Barlow. Salvy coached at Princeton SA for one year before joining LSTS in the Fall of “06. Salvy is the General Manager of the New Jersey Wildcats, a USL W-League team. Salvy currently holds a USSF “E” license. He holds NSCAA state, regional and advanced regional coaching diplomas. He also holds NSCAA state and regional Goalkeeping diplomas. Salvy is the goalkeeper trainer for all LSTS goalkeepers and has worked with the various age groups in the club. Salvy’s family started Princeton Soccer Club, the first ever soccer club in Princeton in the 1970’s. Salvy is currently employed by Firmenich Inc., in Plainsboro, NJ. salvador.baldino@lstsfc.org |
